Somebody asked Neil if it was going to be sunny this week

After a burst of sunshine on Saturday - ideal for the barbecue that Neil and Clare put on for us - the rain set in. Pencarrow almost managed to get us a game and we played long enough for Matt to top 1000 Mystic runs and then smash the indicator on Kate and Chris's car with a six over long on.

It cleared up on Thursday and we played in sunshine at Saint Neot. The game finished in a tense draw with the home team's last two holding out. At Lanhydrock, we won comfortably in what became increasingly uncomfortable rain.

Supporter of the tour - but what is supporting her hair? At Dunsford we played the Centenary Match against the Erratics. We started late after Gary Lenearth tried to call the game off, but managed to squeeze in a full game and another win. Sunday was overcast, and the ball moved around a bit. Broadclyst shot us out for 97 (at one point we were 33 for seven) but then collapsed themselves. Player of the tour Duncan Chave took the last wicket and top-scored (for the third match in succession). Kate Squire, the T-shirt guru and centenary co-organiser was named supporter of the tour.
