(Howard Wright points out that the first 3 notes of the main melody
in bar 1, ie the 4 2 0 on the 3rd string, can be played as 9 7 5
on the 4th string instead, which may sound tonally more even
depending on your strings, and gives an alternative to the repeated
open string at the end of the bar. Pick whichever sounds better on
your guitar!)
